Introduction

History

In 1988 a man by the name of Brad Sorenson according to Mark McCandlish or a man by the name Leonardo Sanderson according to Gordon Novel attended an air show with a VIP client of theirs who was said to be a high level DoD official, possibly former Secretary of Defense Frank Carlucci. It is unknown who the real person was who attended the air show, Sorenson or Sanderson, or if in fact it was another person entirely and McCandlish and Novel were covering for the actual individual.

According to McCandlish and Novel, the VIP took Sorenson/Sanderson with him to a large hanger whose access was restricted. The guards instantly recognized the VIP. According to McCandlish, the VIP passed Sorenson off as an aide allowing Sorenson access to the hanger with the VIP. According to Novel the VIP had already gotten Sanderson on the "Need to Know" list prior to the date of the air show.

Inside the hanger Sorenson/Sanderson saw three ARV's of different sizes but the same design and proportions. It is claimed that a General gave a presentation there to the crowd which included several politicians who were deemed to have a "Need to Know". The presentation was being given to this crowd in order to get their support to fund the construction of a number of ARVs for the military. Considering there are no public photos of ARV shaped UFOs since that air show it is possible the construction of a fleet of ARVs never happened. According to the General giving the presentation the ARV was capable of faster than light travel.

Mark McCandlish ARV Schematic

In 1989, a few months after Sorenson told McCandlish about seeing the ARV, McCandlish had a schematic he had copyrighted drawn up of the ARV with its observed components and his interpretation of how the ARV worked.
